Come and taste our new Bacchus Brut sparkling wine, perfectly paired with a delicious smoked salmon and cheese board, a unique platter prepared for the occasion!

New Bacchus Brut & Smoked Salmon Board

To celebrate the launch of our new sparkling wine 'Bacchus Brut', we will be serving, all day long, an indulgent Smoked Salmon & Cheese board. The wine will be available for the first time on Friday 28th Oct!

The Bacchus Brut is the latest of Nico's creations. A refreshing, fully sparkling wine made in the Traditional Method (i.e. same as Champagne), but using Bacchus grapes. The wine has aromas of green apple, gooseberry and elderflower, and a creamy mouthfeel. If you love the standard, still version of our Bacchus - our super best-selling white -, you have to try this one! 

Lightly smoked salmon and cream cheese is one of the top food pairings for sparkling wine, as they match the wine's acidity with the freshness and saltiness of the food. We have added to the platter some delicious local cheese, to bring you an outstanding food and wine experience.

Please note: Booking is required. The platter will be served exclusively from 12-7 pm on Friday 28th October.

This is a special board that is prepared only for customers that have booked and prepaid on this page. Unfortunately, extra boards can't be ordered on the day.

We can cater for gluten-free requirements upon request, but unfortunately no meat- or lactose-free version can be offered on this occasion. If you visit us, you're most welcome to order our usual vegan/vegetarian boards and picnics from the menu.

Tickets to this event will be available until Wednesday 26th October. Book now to avoid disappointment! 

You are most welcome to order extra drinks and/or more food in our Wine Bar; our standard menu will be available as usual. 

We close at 8 pm on Fridays - you may wish to book a taxi home! 

About your ticket

This ticket admits includes the food and drink stated above. Please note that all guests must be at least 18 years old. Please purchase one ticket for each member of your party, and let us know what time are you planning to come, so we can reserve your table. 

As soon as you complete your purchase, your place at the event is confirmed. No further tickets will be sent.

Board ingredients: raw salmon, crème fraîchecream cheese, soft cheese, semi-hard cheesesourdough bread or crackers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any meat- or lactose-free alternatives to this recipe. Gluten-free version available upon request.

Wine included in this ticket can't be replaced by other alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, but a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available for purchase.
