Italian Crostini
Crisp baked Italian bread sliced from a long loaf called "filone". Drizzled with olive oil and baked twice for extra crispness.
Delicious with some sliced tomato or cheese on top, or simply enjoy by itself. Try also adding to minestrone and other soup or salads.
Italian Crostini are the perfect companion for cheese boards, perhaps with some homemade chutney and, of course, a glass of English wine.
