Stanlake Park Vineyard & Wine Tasting Tours

Vineyard Tours Stanlake Park

The Stanlake Park Vineyard & Wine Tasting Tour

Public tours

Our public tours are the same from previous years, and are designed to be friendly, informal and fun! No prior knowledge is required as our experienced guide will lead you through the ups and downs of English wine-making, accompanied by some generous samples of our very best award-winning wines.

You'll visit some of our vines inside the walled garden (weather permitting) before being taken through the winery to see the wine-making process. You'll see the grape-pressing area, the fermentation tanks, the barrel room, the 'fizz' room and the bottling line. At each stop you'll be offered a different wine to taste and by the end of the tour you'll have tried 6 wines (2 sparkling, 1 rosé, 2 whites and 1 red).

Please note as this is a working vineyard we cannot always guarantee access to all areas, however your guide will do their utmost to show you everything possible in the time available.

The tour will end in our Cellar Shop where you'll have an opportunity to buy any of our wines.

The Vineyard & Wine Tasting Tour will last for approximately 2 hours - you may wish to book a taxi home! If you're organising a lift or booking a cab, we would recommend you ask them to arrive at 16.45-17.00 hrs, just so you're not rushed at the end of the tour.

Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for further details.

What's the difference between a Public tour and a Wine lover tour?

Public tours are friendly, easy going and can accommodate up to 45 guests. Our experienced guide will take you to our vineyards, cellar, barrel room and bottling line, always with a glass in hand! No prior knowledge is required.

Wine lover tours are design to help you increase your wine knowledge. You'll visit the same areas, but spend less time in the vines and cellar, and more time on a guided wine tasting, where you can learn how to taste wine like a pro! Only 15-20 people are allowed to a wine lover tour. No prior knowledge is required but a real desire to learn!
