PeterYard's award-winning sourdough crispbreads were originally made in a small bakery in Sweden, while now they are baked in Edinburgh.
Made using only simple, natural ingredients such us organic fresh milk, organic flour and Peter's Yard sourdough, which ferments for 16 hours and baked until deliciously crisp and golden.
