Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon : This classic 2003 Cabernet wine (93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc) spent 20 months in French oak barrels, before being lightly filtered prior to bottling. It has a deep ruby colour, huge mouth-filling flavours of blackberry, cassis and vanilla with a 'toastiness'. Alluring in its youth but will reward those who resist temptation and explore the wine?s maturation potential! This wine won 4 Stars in Decanter Magazine.
2003 JORDAN CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Jordan Syrah
Jordan Syrah : This classic Syrah wine was fermented between 26-28°C - and gentle pressing emphasised the intensity of the fruit flavours. Fermentation was completed in oak barrels where the wine was matured for a total of 14 months. It has dense, rich, black-fruited flavours, with typical pepper and spice laced with hints of dark chocolate. Also widely awarded.
